Are you a passionate Psychology graduate looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people? Look no further! Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Psychology graduate to work in schools as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant across Tonbridge.

The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work term-time, collaborating with the class teacher to support small classes or provide one-to-one assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Whether you're helping a child grasp a new concept or providing essential support for their day-to-day activities, your role will be integral in supporting pupils in their daily learning.

While prior experience working with children or young people is advantageous, it's not a requirement. We value enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine desire to make a difference. If you are a Psychology graduate, we believe your unique skill set will bring invaluable support to our schools’ pupils.
