Job Title: Self-Employed Estate Agent/Valuer

Location: Milton Keynes

Comms: 20% of fee for listing property (Subject to Exchange)
20% of fee to sell the listing ???????(Subject to Exchange)

20% of fee to sell existing stock on mkt ???????(Subject to Exchange)
OTE: £60,000 +
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Self-Employed Estate Agent/Valuer in Milton Keynes.

As a Self-Employed Estate Agent/Valuer, you will have the opportunity to treat your role as your own business, working within a designated patch.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property valuations and appraisals within the designated patch, great negotiation and customer service to achieve listing.
• Conduct viewings and utilise effective sales negotiation techniques to secure sales and other income streams to include: Conveyancing, Mortgage opportunities, Surveys and local house to sell valuations.
• Produce property details, measurements, accurate floorplans, details.
• Sales progression from SSTC.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
• Preferably at least 6 months of Estate Agent experience, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Must be caring, energetic, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Driven, focused and a born winner.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, understanding the importance of service excellence in the industry.
• Must be easy to get along with, fostering positive relationships within the team and with clients.
