Property Manager

Join our client, an independent lettings and property management company boasting over 30 years of expertise in Bristol. They're expanding and seeking a Property Manager to join their seasoned team in Bishopston, Bristol.

About the Role: As a Property Manager, you'll handle a diverse portfolio of 150 properties across Bristol. This role offers a blend of remote work (three days per week) and office presence (two days per week). You'll enjoy a supportive team environment with ample opportunities for development, including funding toward ARLA qualifications.

Proeprty Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 properties.
  • Conduct check-ins/outs and out-of-office inspections.
  • Coordinate with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance needs.
  • Liaise with contractors and oversee repair instructions.

Property Manager Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in property management or lettings.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for the property sector.
  • Possession of a full, clean driver's license.

Property Manager Package:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Optional remote working (2 days office-based, 3 days remote).
  • Salary: £25,000 OTE £28,000 - £29,000
  • Annual profit share bonus.
  • Use of pool car
