This Property Manager position promises a great platform to earn well and progress quickly in a hugely successful Property Management office. The role will include responsibilities such as managing a large portfolio of tenancies, handling inquiries, work orders, liaising with other departments, external contractors, as well as landlords and tenants. In this high-responsibility role, you will be expected to manage your time well, communicate clearly, and advise clients on legal matters where relevant.

In addition to everything, this company also offers funded training for qualifications such as ARLA and a company pension scheme. The role would suit a strong Property Manager with 2 years + experience within an estate agency environment.

• Location: Reading
• £30,000 salary
• Working hours = Mon-Fri 8.45am-5.30pm
• No weekends
