Property Manager
Property Manager (Block) - Prime London portfolio - Hybrid working - c£42-£45k
We’re working with a long established, well regarded firm of managing agents overseeing a number of flagship new build and historic blocks and estates across Prime, Central and East London from their SW London office base.
As a result of both portfolio expansion and redistribution (to avoid overloading incumbent property managers), they now seek an additional property manager as follows:
- 5+ years block management experience (inclusive of time spent as an Assistant), undertaking the full range of duties from budget setting to major works
- Exposure to RMC blocks with proactive/knowledgeable resident directors
- Working part home, part office based (3 days office, 2 days home)
- Coming from a stable career background with a track record of servicing and retaining long held sites
- Exposure to the prime London market would be beneficial but isn’t essential, a genuine customer focus and service mentality are a MUST.
- Portfolio comprises 1 large estate in Islington and a few smaller sites closely surrounding (central London).
As well as a professional block property management environment, friendly team and non-corporate ethos, the successful property manager will enjoy a competitive basic salary (up to £45k to start), relatively short working hours (9.15-5.30 Mon-Fri) excellent benefits and genuine long term advancement based on tenure, performance and responsibilities.
If you are a committed Property Manager with a stable career history and seek a professional role in a reputable block firm please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
