Are you a Property Manager looking for the next great opportunity? I am currently working alongside a successful residential property management company based in the Wirral area who are hoping to add a motivated, enthusiastic Property Manager to their team.

They are excellent at retaining staff, largely due to their competitive remuneration programmes and friendly office environment.

Responsibilities - Property Manager

  • Conducting property inspections
  • Managing the check-in and check-out process
  • Ensuring properties are compliant with health and safety
  • Managing tenancy renewals

Required Skills - Property Manager

  • Proven experience within a property management position is highly desirable
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

In Return:
