Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client a rapidly growing independent lettings agency specialising in Short & Long term lettings property management. Due to continued growth and success we are looking a Property Manager to join our clients Short term lettings team, core responsibilities will focus on providing a first class service for guests, resolving maintenance issues and conducting property inventories/visits.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload alongside having a genuine interest in property, no previous experience required as full training will be provided. If this role sounds of interest we look forward to hearing from you.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with contractors on maintenance issues and instructing works to be carried out
  • Organising certification to ensure compliance across the portfolio
  • Conducting regular property visits
  • Carrying out Property inventories, check-outs and inspections
  • Processing deposits
  • Occasionally support the wider company where necessary

Essential skills and experience:

  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong administrative / IT skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential

Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £25,000

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Full-time office role
