Grand Recruitment are on the look out for an experienced property manager for our Manchester based client. Our client are a well established estate agency and property management business, with a strong name in the local area. They are a grwoing business and are looking for a property manager for the following

  • Managing a portfolio of circa 180 properties across Greater Manchester
  • Being the main point of contact for your portfolio landlords and tenants, responding to all enquiries/requests promptly and professionally.
  • Arrange routine and emergency maintenance as required.
  • Ensuring and maintaining high standards across your portfolio.
  • Undertake property visits and routine inspections.
  • Working with the rental administration team during the end of tenancy process.
  • Liaising with letting departments to maintain occupancy rates and prevent voids.

The ideal candidate will be

  • Customer focussed approach, a great communicator with real problem solving skills.
  • Confident on computer systems and a keen eye for detail is essential.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to excel in role and progress within our company
  • The ability and a keen interest in keeping up to date with the ever changing set of rules and regulations governing our industry.
