Property Manager (Hybrid)

Property Manager (or Assistant Stepping up) - Fareham / Hybrid - £34-38k + Benefits

We’re working with an independent, national property services group who manage in excess of 20,000 units UK wide.

With a traditional, customer focused approach deployed through its team of over 200 staff, they now seek an additional Property Manager (or Assistant ready to step up) as follows:

• Working part home, part office based (Fareham) overseeing a local, compact portfolio of good quality, hassle free blocks and estates
• Would provide an ideal step up for an Assistant Property Manager looking to become a fully titled Property Manager, although any such applicants would have more office working days than home
• Undertaking the full range of block management tasks (with support if required) from budget setting to major works management, site visitation, insurance provision and resident correspondence.
• Accelerated career path for established Property Manager’s keen to take on more responsibility quickly (our client is industry renowned for its career development / encouragement).

The suitable Property Manager will EITHER hold a Property Manager title currently OR be an Assistant/Junior Property Manager looking to step up into an autonomous role with a great "starter portfolio"

In all cases, suitable Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager applicants will come from a stable career background, hold (or wish to obtain) IRPM qualification, demonstrate good all-round leasehold management knowledge and have a preference for progressing their block management career in an independent, quality focused and fully accountable setting.

Remuneration for the successful Property Manager will include a basic salary up to £34k, car allowance (£3600), pension, perk box, nursery benefit, long service awards and 5 weeks holiday (plus public) to start.
