Property Manager - Guildford (Hybrid) - c£40k

Our client is a multi-disciplined, multi-office Property Consultancy covering all aspects of real estate across West Surrey to East Hampshire.

With an enviable reputation established over 100 years in business, they now seek an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • Working mostly office based, with some home working once settled
  • Overseeing an extremely local and compact portfolio of highly prestigious (and often landmark/ historically significant) RMC blocks situated in and around the Guildford area.
  • Undertaking the full range of duties from Budget setting through to major works, insurance provision and contractor management
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with long-held co-operative directors/residents, ensuring regular site visits and general communication
  • Personal service and longevity are key
  • IRPM qualification preferred (and supported in post for those keen to obtain)
  • License / Car essential (as some of the more rural sites are not well served by public transport). Mileage reimbursed at prevailing HMRC rates

Suitable Property Managers will come from a stable career background, have at least 2 years block management experience and prefer independent, quality focused practice to "one size fits all" corporate agency.

Salary for the successful Property Manager will start around £40k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.

If you are a Surrey based Property Manager seeking your next role in a local independent practice please apply now for immediate consideration and further info.
