Property Manager / Driver
A rapidly expanding property development & management company are seeking a property manager/experienced driver to join their well established and dynamic group.

2-3 years + in a property related role would be required for this position which has great opportunities for growth and progression. The role also encompasses some driving work for the CEO, so a clean current driving license is essential.
Working as part of a team, responsibilities will include:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Update job and market knowledge
- Provide chauffeur services for the CEO as and when required
We require:
- Proven work experience as Property Manager
- Fully understanding property management.
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- A clean driving licence
- Experience in driving high value vehicles would be preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills
- You will need to be well groomed, calm under pressure and have a flexible approach to unexpected changes.
Package
- Salary: £26K - £28K and subject to a discretionary bonus

This role is office based Monday to Friday
Office hours are 9 am - 6 pm
