Assistant / Property Manager - North Kent - Office Based - c£35k + Bonuses

We’re working with a small but long established, multi-award winning Property Consultancy based in North Kent who are looking to recruit an additional Assistant / Property Manager as follows:

  • Office based, Monday to Friday (no home working but flexibility shown in terms of AGM’s, site visits and start/finish times)
  • Overseeing a STRICTLY local portfolio (nothing outside of Kent) of small to medium sized blocks, working directly alongside the MD
  • Long standing, friendly inclusive team, almost zero staff turnover
  • Support towards professional qualification with a career path.
  • Modern offices
  • Pool car provided for all visits
  • URGENT requirement - interviews can be arranged same day.

Salary is around £35k to start with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance in addition to incentives/commission on new business.

This Property Manager role is expected to progress to a Head of Position over time (with a team built around the successful Property Manager) so presents an ideal opportunity for Property Manager’s looking to carve out a career in independent practice.

This role might suit a returning property manager (maternity, career break etc.) looking to remain local or an Assistant Property Manager keen to oversee their own portfolio with a definite career path they can make their own.
