Property Litigation Solicitor
Our client, an award-winning, top 50, full-service law firm, is currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their successful and rapidly growing Property Litigation team, to be based from their Manchester office.
You will have the opportunity to work with autonomy on a diverse caseload, with partner supervision and support on larger disputes. You will thrive in a client-facing role, where you can showcase your expertise and develop your professional skills while implementing your own innovative business development strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy caseload of various property disputes
- Taking instructions from clients, conducting legal research, and drafting letters, emails, and other legal documents
- Assisting partners and senior solicitors on high-value and complex disputes
- Producing compelling articles and video content, as well as delivering internal and external training sessions
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies
The Property Litigation team handles a wide range of property disputes, including boundary and easement disputes, professional negligence claims, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, and more. With clients ranging from high-profile household names to developers, managing agents, and investors, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years' post qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong academic credentials
- Substantial experience in property disputes
You should possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage your own caseload effectively, and a proactive and adaptable approach to work. An outgoing and friendly demeanour alongside a "can-do" attitude are highly valued attributes.
