This Top 50 UK firm are looking for a dynamic Solicitor to join their Property Litigation team in Manchester.
Role Overview
As a Property Litigation Solicitor you will handle a diverse range of disputes for both commercial and residential clients, including high-profile household names, developers, managing agents, investors, and private clients.
You will enjoy a role that offers autonomy over your own caseload with partner supervision. You'll also support partners on larger disputes, with opportunities for client interaction and professional skills development. Key responsibilities include managing a busy caseload, client liaison, legal research, drafting documents, and contributing to business development strategies.
Your caseload will include:
- Boundary and easement disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Dilapidation claims
- Contract disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Nuisance and trespass claims
- Lease renewals and extensions
- Service charge disputes
- Possession claims
Candidate Profile
The firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor who can demonstrate:
- 3-5 years' PQE
- Demonstrable experience in property disputes
- Proactive and effective caseload management skills
- Excellent work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
