Job Title: Property Litigation Lawyer

Location: Exeter or Torquay

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

A dynamic and modern devon based law firm is looking for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy growing Litigation team. This is your opportunity to join a department that is motivated and be involved in growth within the team.

The Opportunity:

  • Join a well regarded litigation department dealing with a range of litigated property matters.
  • To be responsible for the firms Property Litigation services
  • Responsible for managing other team members and further strategic development of the team.
  • Help the business grow by networking and connecting with other local businesses.

You will have:

  • 5+ PQE with strong experience in Property Litigation Work.
  • Ability to handle own caseload and to ensure that all work is progressed expeditiously.
  • A commitment to hard work and good commercial awareness
  • Experience managing team members is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently within a fast paced environment.
