Property Inspector/Tenant Liaison Advisor

My client, an innovative leader in the private rental housing sector, are seeking Property Inspectors to join their dynamic team. We're dedicated to providing superior accommodations and fostering vibrant communities for our tenants.

Your Role:

As a property Inspector, you'll ensure smooth transitions for tenants into our properties and maintain their satisfaction throughout their tenancy. Responsibilities include property assessments, inspections, and addressing tenant concerns.

Salary:

£23,400K + mileage allowance + up to10% of quarterly pay (paid quarterly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct property visits
• Perform inspections and tenant inductions
• Facilitate viewings for prospective tenants
• Prepare inventories and reports
• Communicate with tenants and contractors
• Ensure adherence to tenancy agreements
• Maintain property cleanliness and functionality

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management or property inspections
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with digital tools
• Valid UK driver's license and vehicle access
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience with management reports
• Problem-solving skills
