Are you an experienced Property Claims Adjuster looking for a new challenge? Our client, a well-established UK loss adjusting company based in the South is seeking a skilled Property Claims Adjuster to join their high-quality Claims Management team. With a strong reputation in domestic and commercial loss adjusting, our client offers a supportive and passionate work environment with a focus on delivering excellent solutions to claim situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of claim investigations, consideration, and settlement, covering various domestic policy perils.
  • Perform detailed triage of new claims, ensuring adherence to our client's guidelines and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with designated Field Adjusters to support and progress claims from inception to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with insurers, policyholders, and other parties, providing clear verbal and written updates.
  • Work on claims in the Mid- and High Net Worth area, applying bespoke conditions to align with client preferences.
  • Meet agreed SLAs and proactively manage cases to achieve successful and timely claim resolutions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.

Job Specification: Claims Adjuster:

  • Cert CII and/or Cert CILA qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of claims adjusting experience in the domestic insurance claims sector.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to reach satisfactory claim outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with all parties involved.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • IT literate and business-conscious to utilise technology efficiently.
