We are currently recruiting for a Property Auction Consultant to join our Residential Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise, assist branch network and record
  • Carry out auction valuations & presentations
  • Prepare auction catalogue entries
  • Conduct open viewings

About You:

  • Property experience
  • Estate agency experience
  • Good communicator both verbal and written, confident and approachable
  • Computer literate and good telephone manner
  • Well presented and organised
  • Ability to work under pressure and to dead lines
  • Must hold a driving license
  • Team player, good diary management
