About the Opportunity

Our client is currently experiencing a high growth journey with multiple strategic projects currently taking place. They are in need of a highly organised, strategic thinker who has previous project management experience to work directly with their C suite Executives whilst also supporting the wider leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the company moving forward. As the successful candidate won't just be managing projects but instead will become a key contributor to the overarching mission of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to time lines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, time lines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate disruptions. Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractual commitments on secured projects.
• Undertake industry research projects as and when required by the CEO
• Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of projects are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability.
• To deliver projects to completion on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties, expectations to be exceeded wherever possible.

About you

• Prior experience supporting at C-Suite level within the payment industry.
• A strategic thinker who is just as comfortable managing multiple projects
• Ability to manage multiple high priority projects within an agile environment.
• A confident, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure and demonstrate forward thinking with the ability to adapt to all personalities and form positive relationships with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and understanding of the importance of concise, accurate and timely communications.
• Previous experience working for one of the big 4 consultancies is advantageous.
