An opportunity to join a busy M&A team in working across a full range of Administration, Project duties- This role may potentially suit a Team Assistant/PA background, or some one from a PMO department - Duties will include: Assisting the M&A Integration Manager with the management and control of various projects including - Integration and operational transitions for legacy transactions and post-closings, maintenance of project plans, step plans, timetables and action lists as required - Working with the M&A Integration Manager and Integration leads for each workstream - As agreed with Heads of Departments at project initiation assisting and ensuring key project milestones are delivered! * Ideally you would have worked within the Insurance Industry within a similar position*
* Have excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisation, IT skills and experience of delivering objectives and targets to timescales under pressure*
*Self-motivator with the ability to effectively plan and manage own workload.*
*Able to work as part of a team and motivate people within the team*
*Problem solving and developing innovative solutions*
