• Supporting the underwriting, claims, or analytics teams depending on your skillset and interests

• Analysing and interpreting data to support business decision-making

• Using bespoke IT systems and software to manage client or policyholder information

• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation

• Liaising with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

• Strong IT skills - confident using Excel and learning new software

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
