We are seeking a Project Manager to join a contractor specialising in Waterproofing and structural strengthening across the Construction industry.

This position is a new role within a EU based company who has recently ventured into the UK market and now looking for a technically minded project lead to be the spear head of delivering projects.

Ideally you will have be a Civil Engineer with experience Project Management, leading as a number on sites delivering waterproofing installations and maintenance works

- You will need to have experience as a Project Manager across the Waterproofing sector

- Ideally you will have a Civil Engineering background

- Experienced in site organisation, site preparation, and delivering projects to clients specification

- You will need to be technically minded, commercial aware and background in working to design specifcation

- Background in managing multiple projects simulatenously

- Relevant construction qualifications and management tickets

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing bids/tenders, working with the Business Development Managers

- Prepartion of costings for projects, client facing and winning work

- Technical preparation of projects.

- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to client specifications

- Ensuring projects full in line with health and safety legislation

- RAMS legislation

Package:

Salary £65-£85k depending on experience
Commissions and performance bonusses

Travel expenses
