Your responsibilities will include coordinating project timelines, managing resources effectively, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Experience within the Lloyd's insurance market is essential, as is Knowledge of VIPR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the insurance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of Lloyd's insurance market operations and processes.
- Experience with VIPR or Delegated Authority.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
