This is a fulltime and permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working pattern. 

About Our Client:

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing services and facilities for tenants. Working closely with tenants, community groups, and partner organisations, you will lead impactful projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee projects focused on improving services and amenities for tenants.
  • Collaborate closely with tenants and community stakeholders to gather valuable insights and feedback.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions in partnership with internal teams and external organisations.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement between stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within the housing sector or community development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and best practices is advantageous.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with a genuine passion for community development and tenant empowerment.
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
