Project Manager

IT Project Manager - Hybrid/remote role - Canary Wharf / East London to £60,000 (£7200 package) plus great benefits, discretionary bonus etc.

Global client has a great opportunity for a hands-on IT Project Manager with proven experience of leading and delivering various IT projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies (MS Project and ITIL beneficial.

As an experienced IT Project Manager you are required to take control of the project delivery teams ensuring they deliver within scope/on budget hence your primary responsibilities are to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects, develop, plan and control the project plans ensuring that project goals are accomplished in line with business objectives. You are responsible for the PID, initial Project Plan, preparing project status reports and where the delivery is outsourced to a Vendor taking full responsibility of the Vendor/SME's project team members.

As an IT Project Manager you will review Project progress, propose corrective action where necessary, determine goals, time frames, procedures for accomplishing project, allocation of resources, own and maintain the Project Risk and Issues Register, manage changes to the agreed deliverables, scope, cost or timescales ensuring that any impacts are managed and stakeholder communications plan are reviewed prior to distribution. You will have previous a good understanding of both Infrastructure and SDLC although this is a non-technical role.
