Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)

Xpertise are excited to be working with a well-respected, multi-national organisation within the professional services sector to source them a Project Manager to join their Business Transformation function. This role is responsible for driving Business Change and innovation and will play a crucial role in the future of the organisation.
I'm looking to speak with individuals who have demonstrable experience delivering Business Change, ideally within a Professional Services environment, and is capable leading on a range of projects and workstreams. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and can work effectively within a team. This is not necessarily an IT focused role, however a good base knowledge would be beneficial.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the project, responsible for solving problems and overseeing tasks through to finish
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery of your projects
- Manage project risks and ensure best practice governance
- Regularly liaise with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and change
Experience required:
- Experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the Professional Services sector
- Experience working with 3 rd party IT teams
- Good understanding of MS Office tools
