Job Title: Project Manager - Event Infrastructure Solutions

Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of event infrastructure projects across various locations. From initial client consultation to on-site execution, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event infrastructure needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Plan and manage project time lines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate logistical requirements, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Oversee on-site operations, including installation, setup, and tear-down of event infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety standards and client specifications.
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess project performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the events or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak event seasons.
