Our client is a market leader provider of accident services to motorists. Having gone through a huge rebranding they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager within business change. Based in the business change division you will be part of a dynamic organisation overseeing 600 FTE in a customer service contact centre environment.
The role will include the following:
Management and delivery of a wide variety of business led change using agreed project management methods, ensuring they are completed in line with business requirements and quality expectations;
Effective management and reporting of all project stages to provide required structure and control throughout the project lifecycle;
Produce and maintain detailed project plans. Identify, track and manage risks, issues and actions to ensure project objectives are achieved;
Manage product delivery (e.g. business case, requirements, specifications, test plans, implementation plans, user procedures, project communications and business readiness);
Provide leadership to a team of Business Analysts and cross-functional project teams to ensure change initiatives and work-flow is progressed in line with scope, project plans and stakeholder expectations;
Play a pro-active part in issue resolution, through effective assessment of options and recommendations;
Ensure requirements are managed effectively and scope controlled throughout project life cycle;
Take responsibility for implementation and release management to ensure smooth transition to live operation and handover to business operational teams to achieve a BAU state;
Ensure effective management of project resource in order to achieve timely delivery in line with objectives;
Develop and maintain strong working relationships and ensure effective communication between project participants, delivery teams and stakeholders;
To ensure clear visibility and understanding of expected project and change success criteria, so that this can be accurately assessed post go live;
Be an ambassador for the Business Change team working in partnership with the rest of the business and associated support functions to help develop a culture of continuous improvement;
To act as a mentor for other members of the business change team offering advice and guidance on best practice, resolution of issues and encouraging continuous personal development;
Candidates will have a strong background in project management and Commercial experience, with a minimum 3 years in a commercially focussed business change function.
Salary: Up to £40,000 + £4k Car Allowance and excellent benefits.
