I am currently working on behalf of a leading health and social care provider that is looking to appoint a Project Manager into their Blackburn supported living services.

The role is to provide individualised personalised support to people with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities who are living in supported living accommodation in Blackburn. This excellent organisation are looking for a hands on manager to provide outcome focused support which enables service users to lead fulfilling and valued lives whilst also working to continually grow and develop the staff team around them.

Applicants looking to apply should have:

  • MUST have experience of working within Health and Social Care.
  • Experience managing and leading staff teams within Supported Living or Residential environments.
  • A proven track record in leading a staff team and commitment to developing staff.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism at all times and the ability to work flexibly.


Salary: Up to £27,000
Benefits: Company Pension, 25 days annual leave + 8 days, Staff benefits scheme, further career development & extensive training.
