As a Project Manager for Testing & Optimisation, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional digital experiences to millions across the globe. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving optimisation tests across European markets. Leading the charge in connecting the web experience team with corporate strategy, shaping the future of digital interaction and collaborating with global product managers to shape global testing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and communicate the EMEA roadmap, driving weekly updates on new tests and priorities.
  • Work closely with product managers to clarify requirements and build clear project plans.
  • Drive process improvements and tool enhancements to streamline operations and maximise efficiency.
  • Running operational meetings to monitor quarterly rollouts.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years of programme/project management experience, with a skill for A/B testing and web optimisation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
  • A proven track record of successful project delivery and excellent communication skills.

*Please note this is a hybrid role for an initial 12 month contract and day rate inside IR35*
