Project Manager - Fit Out

Job Title: Project Manager.

Location: Huddersfield.

Salary: Up to £58K.

As a Project/Contracts Manager you will manage various sites, from the initial survey and tender, the management of the project, the control of the health and safety, the handover process through to agreement of all accounts; then continuing the relationship with the Client. The candidate is also required to assist in developing and growing the business with the help of senior management. Office based support will be provided by administration and accounts staff and the site works will be run by a foreman. The role is part office and part site based and it is essential that the candidate is willing to travel.

The Role requires the candidate to:

• Be capable of managing multiple sites
• Organisation of Sites
• Preparation of Health and Safety documentation
• Maths and IT knowledge
• Strong leadership skills
• Business management skills
• The ability to use your initiative
• Good verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Construction knowledge. Shopfitting preferred but not necessary
• Keen eye for budget of the projects
