Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager - Consultancy - Charing Cross
A well-established construction consultancy, specialising in a variety of sectors are seeking an aspiring Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding business based near Charing Cross.
This organisation is a huge investor in people and pride themselves on their ability to develop staff and their low staff turnover.
They have three offices in the South of the UK, allowing them significant geographical coverage.

As the Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager, you will have a thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at concept stage, stakeholder management, design development through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
As a Project Manager, you will be MRICS or MAPM. Or hold other relevant professional qualifications. You will have good working knowledge of relevant construction contracts, with excellent experience in programme management. Experience of fully understanding and managing the financial aspects of a project and keeping the client up to date at all times.
- Construction related degree
- Construction Consultancy experience (build / refurb projects)
- Demonstrable experience delivering high value build projects on time to budget
- Client facing and driven to succeed
- At least 2 years construction experience
- Up to £45,000 pa
- Car allowance,
