Project Management Trainer

£25-50k (Dependant on experience)


Redwood Search are recruiting for our established Worcester-based company, who are looking for an experienced Project Management Trainer to join their team.

If you are either a Project Manager, with a passion for training and teaching, or an established Trainer, with a wealth of knowledge of Project Management this could be the role for you.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of a minimum of 15 days training per month to the clients. Training must meet our client’s expected quality standards. Delivery can be at premises or onsite at client premises throughout UK and Europe as required.
  • Liaise with clients re: their training requirements and design bespoke training courses as required.
  • Research, design, develop and update courseware and materials as required including exercises and manuals.
  • Ensure the electronic completion and return of delegate feedback forms and trainer’s reports.
  • Produce materials and blogs for the marketing department.
  • Give regular product training sessions to the Sales Team.           
  • Attend Trainer’s meetings when scheduling allows.
  • Attend sales meetings as required offsite with clients.
  • Keep knowledge in subject areas up to date
  • Pass on potential leads or sales opportunities uncovered in the classroom.
  • Design, build and configure software images for delivery of technical courses       (If relevant).
  • Peer-review courseware.
  • Liaise with Associated Trainers as required to ensure the successful delivery of training courses.

Professional Specification:

      • Degree or equivalent level.
      • Attended training in all subject areas taught.
      • Relevant industry qualifications in all subject areas (e.g. MCSE, APMQ, PRINCE2 etc).
      • Approved tutor status if required by an accrediting body.
      • Understanding of other related subject areas.
      • Relevant teaching or training qualification e.g. (TPMA or TAP)
      • 2 year’s training experience
      • Real-world experience of subject area.
      • Confident communicator and presenter.
      • Smart, punctual, reliable
