UK Staffing Group is currently looking for a talented Project Manager to join a leading manufacturer of high-end bespoke interiors, specializing in creating exquisite pieces that blend craftsmanship, innovation, and design excellence.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, designers, architects, and our internal production team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in manufacturing processes, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and architects to understand project requirements, preferences, and specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and provide technical expertise during the design and engineering phase.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure that manufacturing processes align with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and timelines to senior management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on high-end or bespoke interior projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading project teams and delivering results.
