Project Engineer - Chemical
Job Title: Graduate Project Engineer
Graduate Project Engineer required to join a client of mine in Dublin on a 12 month contract.
My client are looking for a graduate Electro-Mechanical Project Engineer with experience in dealing with chemicals being filled, labelled & boxed on automated production lines.
Ideally, you would have worked in some sort of production process in either the chemical, pharmaceutical, food or the distillery industry. My client have 50 production lines that have a variety of different equipment that needs to be changed. As a Project Engineer, you will be working with the guarding, stripping and other elements of the production lines.
The value of these projects will range in the low millions and through and through it is refurbishment work. You will be working in a team of six and will be accountable for your own delivery. If you have any process engineering experience that would be great as well, however not necessary.
My client can interview next week and once they have the suitable candidate it will be an immediate start.
As a Project Engineer, you will have the following Experience:
• Degree qualified
• Automation experience
• Electro-mechanical engineering background
• Experience with Chemicals
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Chemical (Or the other industries mentioned above) Industry
• Risk Assessment
• Experience in dealing with Production lines
• Knowledge of construction elements
• Process Engineering Experience
