An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an innovative training and development initiative in Barnsley. Project ECHO is amovement to improve care by gathering a community of practice together for learning and support with the goal of improving decision-making by collaborative problem solving with the ultimate aim improving patient care.
We are looking for a business support officer to work with the Project Echo training facilitators to launch Echo in Barnsley. The first cohorts of participants will be the adult social care workforce. The initial focus will be essentials of care, end of life and recovery and rehabilitation following C19-related illness. The programme will promote personal wellbeing and resilience.
The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of training and education across the Barnsley Echo hub, providing administrative support to staff within the partnership and ensuring the programmes run smoothly at all times.
