Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, that’s leading digital transformation for the
NHS. As Project Delivery Manager you will embody our core values of accountability,
honesty, insightfulness, leadership, and strategic vision. You will be responsible for coordinating with
various teams to successfully deliver projects, working closely with external suppliers and
stakeholders, and serving as the main point of contact for our customers as their journey begins.
We provide cloud communications systems to the NHS, Contact Centres and Business across the
UK. This role is customer facing; liaising with new and existing clients to understand project
requirements whilst setting realistic expectations. You will also be responsible for scheduling the
Project Delivery Team to assure smooth delivery. Whilst a technical background is preferred, training
in systems will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborating with external suppliers and stakeholders to meet project requirements an deadlines, and working with external bodies to monitor and control delivery
- Acting as the primary contact person for clients, providing updates and addressing and concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Planning and scheduling site rollouts, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Managing all aspects of projects, from inception to completion, and ensuring team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitating regular scrums and project meetings to keep the team aligned and informed.
- Maintaining project schedules and timelines, taking proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- Ensuring effective communication among all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
- An Agile project manager qualification would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex project
- challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in delegation and organization, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
