We are working in partnership with a successful, business-to-business organisation that offers specialist services within the property and construction sector. As Project Administrator you will play a key role as part of the delivery team, facilitating all stages of multiple projects to ensure they run smoothly and to timescale.

Key duties:

- Support on the end-to-end planning process

- Broad project administration duties to include; ordering of resources and creation and distribution of weekly project workflows

- Implement policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for new and improved processes

- Assist in the management of the financial aspects of projects to include, tracking of expenses and performance against budget, project pricing and estimating

- Act as a 'go to’ contact for the project team, building and maintaining effective communications with colleagues and other departments

- Calculate project metrics, such as quality, costs, health, etc.

- Collaborate on stakeholder presentations

- Work with H&S on any project safety related matters

Key Skills/Experience:

- Prior experience of working in a Project Management or Project Co-ordination role

- Excellent administration and organisational skills gained within a busy construction project environment including time management

- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft (excel, word etc.)

- Knowledge of project management software is highly advantageous (ie.Workflow Max, SharePoint, Microsoft Project)

- Experience in assisting with the financial aspects of project management; ie, expenses, performance against budget etc

- Strong communicator, confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels both F2F and over the phone
