Role Description

My client is seeking a skilled Programme Planner to join their project management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong project planning, scheduling, and monitoring background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update the project programme in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring integration of all project activities and alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables, translating these into detailed plans and schedules.
  • Proactively identify and report on project delays, offering solutions and adjustments to senior management.
  • Implement and manage the planning, monitoring, and control processes stipulated by the contract, ensuring timely communication and reporting progress, risks, and changes leading to revised programme submission.
  • Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to facilitate the early warning process, identify potential risks and changes, and contribute to developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of revised programs, forecasts, and revisions, supporting the management of compensation events and contract modifications.

Required Skills

  • Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Proactive to ensure business governance is met.
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop.
  • Eligible to gain security clearance.
  • Experience with NEC contracts is desirable.
