Senior Programme Planner

Contract - Inside IR35

Cardiff/Scotland - Hybrid

Programme Planner will be required to maintain all plan from high level to the detailed, for initiatives coming from the central Portfolio Office. Including but not limited to the overall programme plan, the detailed release plan and also the plan on a page. Linking the dependencies across activities and resources to ensure all aspects of the programme are well planned, deliver on time and fit for purpose.Working closely with workstream leads, and key stakeholders across the business.

You will be an experience Programme Planner with the ability to work across tight deadlines and heavily regulated environments. Background in Planning Functions, Experience working with Waterfall and Agile programmes. Knowledge of programme governance and end to end delivery lifecycle.

  • Excellent skills in MS Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Using Azure DevOps for planning
  • Ideally be PRINCE2 / Agile trained or equivalent
  • Experience of using planning tools would be advantageous e.g. planview, jira, Ado

You may have experience working in utilities or other heavily regulated environment. Certifications within Agile, Prince2, APM and PMP would be desirable but not essential.
