The Programme Officer will support colleagues to deliver and effective and well organised Organisation Design programme.

Main responsibilities include provision of full administrative support to the team. This will include:

  • Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Manage the organisation design email box - responding to queries, collating and synthesising information
  • Work with the Senor Project Delivery Manager to manage the programme’s key meetings - organising room, taking minutes, distributing documents etc
  • Set up programme meetings such as job matching panels, interviews etc (in-person or via MS Teams)
  • Ensure that preparation for meetings is undertaken efficiently and with adherence to timescales
  • Liaise with key personnel
  • Ensure action logs and risk logs are maintained in advance of meetings
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up with audio visual equipment and refreshments, where appropriate
  • Assist in the collation of electronic files for distribution to meetings and occasionally when required the printing, collation and distribution of paper documents.
  • Manage enquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate
  • Arrange travel, parking and office accommodation for the team as appropriate
