Altum Consulting are pleased to be working with a renowned Housing Association who are on the search for a well rounded Programme Manager who ideally experience with omnichannel transformation. The position will lead critical programmes shaping corporate strategy, driving change and influencing stakeholders across medium to large organisations.

This position will play an integral role role within the transformation function across a variety of Programmes, so broad programme delivery across business, people, IT and process would be preferable. Additionally, in the first instance this role will be responsible for the delivery of an organisation wide omnichannel transformation, therefore if you have been involved in customer focused transformations such as this, it could be the role for you.

What's required

• Proven experience in delivering complex change programmes, encompassing both business and IT aspects, with dedication across diverse teams and within medium to large organisations.
• Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders at various organisational levels.
• Evidence of managing the entire programme life-cycle from initiation to completion.
• Strong ability to analyse extensive information, swiftly discerning customer priorities, and effectively scoping programmes and projects even in ambiguous situations

Essential

• Understanding of project management methods (Waterfall, Agile as an example).
• Understand the change curve (Kubler-Ross).
• Tangible experience of delivering Programmes in medium-large organisations.
• Experience of working within a change framework & producing necessary programme documentation.
• Experience working cross functionally.
• Experience of Problem-solving techniques.
