Meridian Health are currently looking for a Programme Manager to support a Health and social Care provider in the Kingswood, Bristol area
This is initially a 3-6 month placement.
We are looking for someone with Health and Social Care project management type experience and a project management qualification/experience.
The main purpose of this role is to head and manage a wide range of business and service improvement projects and initiatives. To provide the overall programme management of the organisation's Business plan ensuring objectives are on target and offering programmed project support as required which aim to ensure effectiveness, safety and quality of services delivered by the company and expand the range and number of services provided. Leading on a range of programmes across service areas and across the health and social care. This includes the management of projects to identify where services can be expanded or delivered more efficiently and helping teams to change working practices by, for example, developing care pathways, streamlined paperwork and more efficient communication. Responsible for providing specialist advice and support to services on programme project management ensuring that they are outcome focused and not just activity based. Deputising for the Business Development Lead.
This is a full time position- with some flexibility for home working, and reduced hours for the right person, and is to start as soon as possible
