Programme Manager - Business Transformation - Wiltshire

Our prestigious client based in Wiltshire have a need for an experienced Business Change and Transformation focused Programme Manager. You will be joining a multi-year programme of work at the conception phase to help shape, plan and ultimately implement an enterprise wide transformation focused on people, process, strategy, and proposition development.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in the following areas:

• End to end business focused enterprise wide transformation initiatives from initial shaping, scoping and planning to implementation delivery
• Managing multiple project workstreams involving internal resource, subject matter experts and external partner teams
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities at all levels of business users
• Organisational optimisation and restructure including resource up-skilling, process improvement, interdependency management and efficiencies and proposition development.
• Experience of public or third sector highly desirable.

Hybrid role with travel once a week to Wiltshire.
