US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. We are seeking a Systems Administrator that can work independently - please read below!

Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
  • Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
  • Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing, to include pre-hire Visa and Relocation paperwork.
  • Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site. May perform business development activities.
  • Process Expense Reports on behalf program employees in support of travel and training cost reimbursements
  • Serve as liaison between program employees and host base support units.
  • Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Must have effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite - specifically Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related business/program analysis experience.
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Public Admin or related field - may substitute additional years of experience.
  • The work environment is fast paced and requires the ability to work on multiple projects at once and the ability to reprioritize based on customer needs.
  • SECRET Security Clearance needed with TS/SCI eligibility.
  • Familiarity with VISA, SOFA and TESA requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • DoD contract experience preferred.
