£24,000 - £27,000 per annum
Full-time, Permanent

We're currently working on behalf of a well-established electronics manufacturing business based in Melksham, who are looking to recruit two experienced Production Technicians to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong order book heading into 2025.

The Role:
As a Production Technician, you'll play a key part in the assembly and build of electronic products, working from detailed engineering drawings and build instructions. You'll be hands-on with tools such as soldering irons, handheld crimping equipment, and heat shrink materials, ensuring all work meets the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly and manufacture of electronic products to specification
* Use of soldering equipment, crimping tools, and heat shrink for cable and unit builds
* Following company build procedures and safety guidelines
* Collaborating with the test team on inspection and in-process testing
* Reporting any build issues to the Production Supervisor

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment
* Confident using soldering and crimping tools
* Able to interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
* A qualification in Electronics or Engineering is desirable
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
