This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful long-standing company as a Production Operator, where you'll play a crucial part in the production and enhancement to various metal products. Specialising in delivering exceptional protection solutions to a diverse range of industries. The Oswestry based facility is ideally situated to cater for customers in the West Midlands, Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales but also further afield.

Responsibilities -

• Prepare and Pack Products for Shipment.
• Operate and monitor galvanizing equipment and machinery.
• Prepare metal surfaces for galvanizing, ensuring proper cleaning and pre-treatment.
• Operate Overhead cranes efficiently.
• Safely load and unload vehicles, prioritising product integrity.
• Verify quantities against specifications and apply ID labels.
• Weigh materials before storage on site.
• Conduct inspections at various stages

The Ideal Candidate -

• Attention to detail.
• Must be happy to work shifts.
• An overhead crane and/or counterbalance forklift license would be beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Have good time keeping, reliable and good work ethic.
