Insight Employment are currently seeking Production Operatives to work for a leading bakery in Bedford.

This is a temporary to permanent role and is full-time and weekly paid before you go permanent.

The Role: -

This role involves working on a production line of a food manufacturing company, this is making cakes and buns and is in a room temperature environment.

This is light work however fast paced as you would be checking the hygiene practices remain excellent and the line continues running.

Requirements: -

  • Previous food production experience.
  • Must be prepared to work in a chilled environment.
  • Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must be Flexible, reliable, and punctual.
  • Good level of personal hygiene.
  • Must be a team player.

Continental shifts and hours: -

This is rotating between days and nights and working 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights.

Day shift

4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on 3 days off

06:00am-18:00pm

Night shift

4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on 3 days off

18:00pm-06:00am

Rates: -

Days £12.00 per hour
Nights £15.00 per hour

Inductions are provided before you start work.
