We are currently recruiting Production Operatives with Counterbalance Forklift Licence for a 3 week shift pattern based in Dunstable. Following training on a day shift, the working pattern is 2 weeks of AM shift and 1 week of PM shift.

As a knowledgeable Production Operative with Counterbalance Forklift Licence, you will be able to demonstrate previous working experience of working on an assembly line, putting items onto the line, labelling items, packing goods and all other duties that arise.

As a Production Operative with Counterbalance Forklift Licence, you will also have strong IT skills as well as Health and Safety knowledge and having a counterbalance licence would be an advantage.

Food hygiene experience is preferred, and all applicants MUST be able to work on the following shift pattern:

Week 1 - 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Week 2 - 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Week 3 - 2pm to Midnight, Monday to Thursday, 37.5 hours per week

In return, our client can offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.39 on AM shift and £15.13 on PM shift along with a structured training programme where pay increases are applicable as new skills are learnt.
