Production Forklift Driver

Experienced Production Operative with Counterbalance Forklift Truck license required for busy manufacturing company based just outside of St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Due to the location of the company all candidates MUST have access to their own mode of transport.

You will be required to work a 'continental' style shift pattern which will include 12 hour rotating day & night shifts, 6pm to 6am and 6am to 6pm.

Duties will include: 

• Loading/unloading of vehicles using the Forklift Truck 

• Machine operating/minding in the Production area

• Housekeeping 

• General yard duties

• Other general related Production tasks 

Skills/Attributes: 

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck license refreshed within the last 3 years 

• Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment 

• A good level of physical fitness (due to handling products up to 20KG)

The rate of pay is £15 per hour based on a 41.5 hour paid week. Overtime is on offer at enhanced rates.
